Returns Policy

Please email vanityfair.leeton@bigpond.com to arrange for any returns. 

Exchange of goods: We will exchange any undamaged item within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is returned in its original condition with tags attached and including its packaging if applicable.  These items are to be returned to the store at the customer's cost and risk.  In order to process your returns, please be sure to include the following information:

• Copy of the packing slip and receipt
• Reason for return
• Day time phone number

We do not refund if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.  If you are not sure of your bra size, we suggest that you be correctly fitted by an experienced fitter before ordering.

Faulty goods:  We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged.  Under these circumstances, we will refund delivery costs for those goods returned.  Please contact for instructions before returning goods.
