Returns Policy

Please email vanityfair.leeton@bigpond.com to arrange for any returns. 

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged.  Under these circumstances, we will refund delivery costs for those goods returned.  Please contact for instructions before returning goods.

We will replace any undamaged item within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is returned in its original condition with tags attached and including its packaging.  These items are to be returned to the store at the customer's cost and risk.  In order to process your returns, please be sure to include the following information:

• Copy of the packing slip and receipt
• Reason for return
• Day time phone number

We will contact you to arrange a refund if the store is unable to replace or exchange the returned goods. 

Delivery and handling charges are not refundable for incorrect choice.
