Depending on availability, your order will normally be dispatched between 2-10 working days.   Items already in stock will be despatched immediately on receipt of payment, however some items will be sourced from the relevant supplier, usually arriving here within 2-4 days to be sent out to you.   We apologise for these unavoidable delays, and we appreciate your patience.  If your item is on backorder for an extended period, we will notify you.

Goods are despatched by regular surface mail through Australia Post unless other arrangements are made. 

As Australia Post does not provide tracking on regular mail, we are unable to accept responsibility for non-delivery of goods sent by this method.  If you require the added security of Registered Post within Australia, please select the option of Registered Post before proceeding to checkout.  This will add the $2.80 surcharge for Registered Post to your total.  Registered Post provides insurance up to $100 for your parcel.

Your order will be despatched from south west NSW.  We can provide Express Post parcel services if required for tracking purposes, however next day delivery is not available from this area.

In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area.  Delivery to final destinations may take longer.  If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
