How much postage will I be charged?

Postage is calculated at checkout at Australia Post parcel rates, plus 50 cents for packaging.  Current prices are:

Australia wide:           Up to 250gm  (One or two bras, depending on weight)                    $4.85

                                    Up to 500 gm (Up to five bras, depending on weight)                      $6.10

Over 500 gm depends on location in Australia as well as weight. 

International postage is also calculated at Australia Post rates, depending on location and weight. 

What if I want to register my parcel?

Choose the Registered Post option BEFORE reaching checkout to register your parcel (registration includes $100 insurance).

When will my order be sent?

While many items are kept here in stock and will be despatched within a day or two of your order, other items will be sourced from the relevant supplier when you place your order.  These can take anywhere from a couple of days to a week or more to arrive here, depending on the supplier.  Once they arrive here, they are despatched to you within a day.   

Why hasn’t the charge appeared on my credit card?

Your payment will be processed manually when your items are ready to be despatched.  

Why didn’t the discount come off at checkout?

My listed price on Berlei, Playtex and Triumph undergarments already includes 25% discount off the current Recommended Retail Price.  Further discount will not be calculated at checkout.
